The congregation of Abundant Life Assembly of God
believes strongly in a God who hears and answers prayer:
Mark 11:22-24
22 Then Jesus said to the disciples,
"Have faith in God. 23 I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain,
'May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and it will happen.
But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart.
24 I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you've received it, it will be yours."
James 5:16
Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.
The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
We offer the following prayer opportunities:
Monday Prayer & Fasting
Each Monday is set aside as a day of prayer and fasting.
Members of the congregation sign up to fast one or more meals and use that time to seek the Lord.
Prayerforce
Prayerforce is made up of men and women who come together on Sunday mornings to pray specifically for God's blessing on the morning celebration service.
Wednesday Night Prayer & Bible Study
Each Wednesday night at 7:00p.m.
we gather at the home of one of our ladies for a time of studying the Bible followed by praying together for our needs and the needs of those that are looking our way for prayer.
Friday Night Prayer
On the third Friday evening of each month we come together for a time of powerful,
corporate prayer for various needs and for each other.
Prayer is followed by refreshments and fellowshipping with each other.
Family Altar
Each Sunday morning we have a prayer time called "Family Altar."
A prayer team comes to the front of the church as individuals come forward to be prayed for.
